How much would you pay for all of the compnenets for 1000 Tailoring combines that trivial at 250+?

You are probably looking at a mixture of velious furs/hides and maybe some ceremonial solstice robe combines.
Othmir furs seem to run at about 140pp each on Veeshan, Arctic wyvern hides about 100. You are looking at 150pp-200pp per combine in full.
The solstice robes are 3 sacred tunare silk at 45-50pp each plus the gem chain at about say 1 every 20 combines or an extra 15pp putting ever solstice robe combine at about 150-200pp each as well.
I would say based on purely market rate you are looking at 150k maybe 200k. You would probably have to pay more though as the bazaar is mostly devoid of high end tailoring combines; getting it all in one deal would be worth extra.

Someone is currently making stacks of sacred tunarean silk for me, at the rate of 1KPP per stack. They are happy with it and I am happy to stop the combine madness..
