Emblem of Fire: Red Diamond of Fire, Blank emblem, Enchanted Bar of Molten Ore - Trivial is +250 jewelcraft and needs to be combined in a Planar Jewelers kit
Red Diamond of Fire: Raw diamond, Fire mephit blood, need a lvl 65 Enchanter or lvl 65 Magician to imbue the diamond with the spell imbue fire.
-Enchanted Bar of Molten Ore: One vial of Purified mana, one brick of molten ore - Trivial is less than 185 smithing and must be combined in a PoK forge.
-Blank emblem: Is purchased from Audri Deepfacet or Noirin Khalen in PoK
-Vial of Purified Mana: Spell: Purify mana (lvl 49 enchanter) - Components: poison vial, 4 rubies

-Liquid Inferno Temper: fire mephit blood, metallic substance, powdered magma crytal combined in a PoK brew barrel - Trivial is Less than 223 brewing and yields 1 temper per combine
-Powdered Magma Crystal: 3 magma crystals combined in a mortar and pestle - This is a no fail combine
-Molten Bits: Brick of Molten Ore and smithing chisel in a PoK forge. Trivial is less than 63 smithing and yields 3 bits per combine.

I have cut and pasted all this information from a guide I had typed up and pieced together from various sources. Looks exactly like this post only in document format if anyone wants a copy of it.
