This is a moot question. The economy on each server is wildly different and there is no such thing as a common price. They may be rare as ambrosia on one server and common as gnomes on another... Just check your bazaar and ask around on your server.

I can occasionally sell the silk ones for 200... but there's a bunch of folks who lower their price to 198, then 197, then 195, then 194... you get the idea.
A few weeks ago the price was more like 94 than 194... but the demand has gone up since then.
A few months ago I was selling them for 300, and that was way less than anyone else.
As for the leather, double the price. My last stack sold out pretty quick at 300 each, and with all the molds around now just about everyone has sold out of these so the price may be going up.
By the way, ethereal curing agents quickly shot up from 35 pp each to 100 plat each this week, when they're even available... at times like this I wish I were a brewer too.

Prior to the change of patterns being rare (now seem to be VERY common...), I got all of my swatches for 1200 plat each. It was exorbiant, and before I started skilling my tailoring above 110, or I would have made them myself.
Now, with the patterns being somewhat common, I have seen the swatches sell for as cheaply as 225 plat on Bristlebane. THis is all for leather ind you, as I have no experience with the other patterns in the line.
Pootle, you're forgetting the first rule about the VZ economy: Pricing is messed up.
For an example, check out what leather padding is selling for in the Bazaar....
