Increased Loy failures?

Just wondering if anyone else is expriencing more failures on the high end LoY robes. I was 8 of 12 making the Robe of Misery untill recently when a friend wanted me to try a combine for him. I have now failed 10 times in a row. Seems like more than just bad luck, like something was changed to make them more difficult. Anyone noticing something fishy?

I did some Capacity robes last week. 4/4 on them with 226 unmodified. Expertise 2/2.
