I recently finished getting tailoring up for my shawl and was considering maxing tailoring. Problem is, I'm a dwarf. Would it be sensible to even try as a dwarf, or would my time be better spent making a mule?

Worth getting 250 as a dwarf?

Dwarves have a very hard time (Like High Elves) in getting to 250 in tailoring. Other races (Wood Elf, Euridite and HAlfling) have nice gap Fills for tailoring in the form of cultural. Dwarves only have cultural Smithing. While it is possible to get to 250 as a Dwarf it will not be easy.Sir Cavel Cade

Never got a skill up off halfing cultural tailoring.
So much easier to do wyverns. So skilling up shouldnt be an issue.
The issue is what will you make after skilling up. Halfing bags and armor are pretty decent profit makers (at least on my server) assuming you can find buyers.
If you arent in an elemental guild, you will be stuck making solstice robes, velium mastadon fur cloaks, mediocre PoN / PoS gear, etc.
Is that worth the pain to you?
