  • 195 tailoring + this mule = i hope a lot of points!

Those are all sacred tunare silks already - 658 combines worth, and more GSCs on another character if I need them. Had one mule called Xessence just filled with CE, and did all the emeralds myself. Kill me!

    119 LoY robe shots.

Haven't gotten the velium to do all the 61 wyvern studded or acrlylia for the 28 acrylia reinforced, but that's saved for last anyways.

And of course will do a few ethreal swatchs from 210-212

Working on aid grimmel quest, just gotta finish this and baking, and if this batch gets me even close to 240 I'll probably just man it - think I'd rather collect extra saps and fail robes making xp than do more of this tailoring bunk. =P If I dont at least make 220 I may break down though. =p

The RNG can be a fickle beast, try not to expect too much and you can't get 'too' disappointed

Good luck though, it seems you have a lot of work ahead of you!

P.S. Would ya mind parting with information about your UI? I love it!

      re

I would say with that many combines, you would probably make about 30 skill ups (with doing ethereal swatches 210-212 too). Alot solely depends on how fickle the RNG is for you from 195-205ish. That seems to be an area where skill ups take more combines. My advice would be that if you do 50-60 combines in a row with no skill ups, wait, come back the next day and try again. Its very frustrating to blow through 200+ combines with nothing. Better to wait until RNG is in a better mood

Good luck and I hope it gets you pretty far!

Experience dictates that with 866 combine attempts (Including the Velium and Acrylia), you will get 43.3 skillups.

Add in the two for Etheral Silk, and you should get around 45.

Which means anywhere from 1 to 70. :-)

I ran out of chains with 220 swatchs left hehe, didn't do my 60 wyvern yet because dont have the velium, but did all my LoY robes and acrylia, so a bit over 700 combines.

          36 points - I'm quite pleased. =)

very pleased =) Basically gonna finish up the wyvern, and get some more chains and that'll be it for tailoring. It's worn me out a bit, and I'm not interested in 1750, just enough to be productive, and if I get points over tiem making twink gear, horray.

My UI is hacked up from so many sources, I've lost track. I've used at least 4 different UIs, almost all modified by myself to reflect small preferences. The background stuff I found in a UI on eqinterface.com, but I'm sorry I don't remember the name. I was just there last week to find it to update the inventory with a charm slot icon and it took me forever to refind, but now I don't remember what it was called again. =(

Congratulations!! It seems the RNG was kind to you

Np about the UI, I will go searching through the many available on web and see what I can come up with....my main evil is that I keep moving bags or bringing up the right click menu when I don't mean to while doing tradeskills. The lack of borders on the bags in the UI that you use looks perfect....plus I like the color

I too am wondering about that UI. I went through eqinterface.com and found a couple of sorta close matches, but if you know any of the file names, or the sections that you found them in, would be a huge help. So far I found two interfaces that look somewhat like yours, but not quite...

http://www.eqinterface.com/sdownload/picture.php?s=&id=2049 has the right color and stuff...

I'm gonna guess http://www.eqinterface.com/sdownload/picture.php?s=&id=1476 is the one that was used, though, with some tweaks. Does it look familiar?
