Just got 250 in tailoring! I did combines of solstice robes, all velious, acrylia, pretty much anything I could get my hands on (no ribbons as I was already past 200 when LOY launched). I didn't keep up with total combines to skill ups-but my gut feeling is that it is around 30 combines per skill up overall with 255 wisdom.
Just want to say that if I can do it, so can anyone. I started off with 30K to spend in late December at skill 162. I farmed pretty much everything myself (got tired sometimes and bought stuff at times though, especially towards the end). Took a break to get the AA's and get baking to 250. Got a few more AA's along the way. Ended up with a net profit of over 100K from tailoring and baking together during this time. I am a very time restricted player, so if I can do it, so can anyone
I didn't break any time records, but it was fun (mostly :P)
Now I need to figure out what I am going to do with my time until another tradeskill starts calling my name!
