New robe NPC (high elf)

The no drop fierdal robe pattern is available to high elves by telling Chenori Berinal at -14, -260 in North Felwithe "I need a robe pattern".

Ok, I don't see this person, and I'm standing on that loc. Any other hints?

I realize it's late and I'm tired, so maybe I missed something. . .

Try checking underground, the paladin guild is two levels. I remember seeing her in the 'basement', so to speak, in a room with another prissy high elf noble who threatened me with a harassment suit.

Yes, that did it. I had peeked in that room, but they were in an alcove behind the door and I didn't notice them. After not seeing her, I went to the loc exacty, but I was up above on main level.
