I don't know whether the question of skillup rates on different combine types has been determined to be the same, or different, but my strong impression is that my skillup rates were higher on acrylia reinforced than on any velious tailoring, solstice robes or even LoY Iksar robes.

As far as possible acrylia reinforced armour.

1) It is far less tedious to do than solstice robes (because of all the preparation required for them).

2) It turns a small profit, even buying all the stuff in bazaar.

3) My impression is that skillup rates were better on acrylia reinforced.
