Words of Burnishing

I've looked all over the forums and various tailoring/spell research pages, but I cannot seem to find anywhere listing where words of burnishing is dropped. Does anyone happen to know where?

Words of Burnishing is not a new word, it can drop off of any level appropriate mob. There is no one fix zone/mob that drops it.

No vendor sells this in permanent inventory, but is still pretty common on vendors from being sold to them by players. Check NPC vendors in POK especially, I see quite a few selling these words.
