I have been searching high and low for the drops for erudite LOY robes. Where in norath does dew clovers, rune of tempests.... drop from. This is frustrating after sitting days upon days farming the seahorse roe just to not find the rest of the components. :?

The components for each robe are spell research components. Spell research components drop from mobs the same level as a theoretical caster who would use the spell. Thus, the components for a level 44 spell would drop off of a mob levels 44-48.
The solution, therefore, is to find out what level of spell the component is for and hunt mobs of that level. Unfortunately, research components for sub-50 spells are largely randomized, and any given component can theoretically drop off of any given mob of the appropriate level in the game.

One thing you can try is vendor mining- especially in zones of the appropriate level which have in-zone vendors, or in PoK.
Jaggedpine Forest could be a viable proposition. And don't forget that there are 2 sets of merchants, the ones in the village and the ones in the Brell tunnels.
The other thing to do is to get your guild to look out for them for you.
You could also try /oocing in appropriate zones. You can easily sell tier 3 robes for 300p so you could pay up to 50p each for the components and still make a handsome profit.
Tier 3 components drop in ME and JP amongst other places. (Also tier 1 and presumably 2 in JP). In fact I have been detroying heaps of Runes of Concussion in ME to stop them falling into the wrong hands. (Rival tailors). Muahahahahaha. Runes of Concussion seem to be far more common than the Words of Requisition I was after.Hzark Kuezk
