It just hit me that I had been making othmir caps in my large tailoring kit because ive never owned a coldian version. Does anyoen recall them specificaly mentioning this would happen or is it a bug of some sort.

Well the recipe's section calls for a Coldain Tanners Kit to make the Othmir so mayhaps it's a bug or Verant has changed the requirements for making Velius Armor.
