PoP storm leather success rates?

Heya.

I'm a 240 skill + GM needle tailor, but I have been having the darndest time trying to get any of the PoP storm leather made. I've tried 6 bracers, and I'm 0 for 6. Those drops of pure rain aren't so easy to come by that I can just work through a stack or two to try and get a success.

Has anyone else been having better success rates with this stuff, or is it not just my usual bad luck and the trivials on this stuff really are 350+?

Had good luck with PoP armor

1/1 Storm Rider Legs
1/1 Stormweave Gloves
1/1 Dream Haunt Tunic
1/1 Dream Haunt Legs

But with prices for stuff on The Nameless, this is not much of a money maker. Only legs seem to be worth the time.
