That little box at the top, left, of the page, that says EQ Traders Corner in it is actually a link to the main site.. where the recipes for everything are.
/boggle why someone would link an allakhazam recipe page here... i'm thinking pp changed hands for that to happen...

I would assume that the reason was that Allakhazam has a item search function, so if you know the name but nothing else, it can sometimes be easier. EQTraders, as far as I know, does not have a search function (at least, not one outside of the forums).

For someone not into the tradeskills, the Allakhazam site is much better. Looking at the eqtraders list above, a person knows you need:/boggle why someone would link an allakhazam recipe page here... i'm thinking pp changed hands for that to happen...

We all know that swatches are made from silk, and, if not, it is listed on the same page.
Clicking on the links will lead you to all of the information, but it is not the easiest to look through. Particularly confusing is that the link to the "matching planar imbue" actually sends you to the listing of what it takes to make the imbue spell (the imbue requirements are listed down the page, but I'm sure it will lead to confusion). I know that it took me quite a bit of time to figure out what I really needed when I was first attempting Night Terror armor (the site has improved since those early PoP days).
If you have looked at the Allakhazam's site, you will see how non-professional friendly it is. Everything is listed out, including the subcombines. It is also not perfect. It lists everything, including making flasks of water out of foraged water, which I have probably done 3 times total in my tradeskill career and it also includes making the poison vials, rather than buying them.
I'm not slamming EQTraders. It is an awesome site for tradeskillers. But not necessarily for nontradeskillers looking for a quick PoP recipe.Pinyon Treedotter

Allakhazams was also the site that had people thinking that Silk Strands were used for the nightmarewood compound bow, that distilled mana was needed to enchant adamantite, and a boatload of other glaring errors...<img src=http://www.boomspeed.com/sinuuyanea/dcrazz.gif alt="Including not putting up any of Sin's great tradeskill guides!">

Um...Originally posted by VelurianEQTraders, as far as I know, does not have a search function
There's nothing stopping you from using another well known search engine, and restricting the results to pages within www.eqtraders.com.

Oh, look, there it is. A search function.

Because as far as I'm concern, until we have expandable recipe listing here, the Allakhazam one is superior. You be the judge./boggle why someone would link an allakhazam recipe page here... i'm thinking pp changed hands for that to happen...
