question about the robe of tempest

i searched on the trader site and couldn't find what i was looking for. maybe im just an idiot and looking over it by mistake. im just curious of who drops these items. are they hard to kill, and where. any helpful information would be greatly appreicated. thanks a ton.

I noticed that you're on Zeb, the same server as I am. I believe Cravin either has or made a couple Robes of the Tempest if you're looking for one.
