What is up with the LoY Robes?

Someone needs to bite the bullet and make that 6th Gnome Robe. If I had a gnome tailor, I'd do it myself.

I have been searching for the components to attempt the robe. As my skill isn't high enough right now. Once, I get the component I will probably sit on the component til I break 200 in my tailoring. I have noticed that your success rate is abnormally high making robes. As I have easily been able to make a the 5th Erudite robe without a problem. Fironia Vie has the advantage that I can make all of the robes, due to the fact the patterns are not no drop. And am using that to my advantage to skill up. The lower components are sold all the time to vendors. Which means I basicly can spend about 20pp per attempt doing rank 1 and 2 robes over doing ribbons.

Sold some Robes of Concussion

I sold my first robe of Concussion for 275 plat, 2nd for 375 plat, 3rd for 475 plat, 4th for 575 plat. But darn, that dude with 7 robes for 300 plat has logged back into the bazaar.

I agree that there is a high success rate on these robes. I only have a 170 tailoring skill yet I am about 66% successful making them (2nd and 3rd level human robes).

there's also the rod from the chanter miniboss in hate that's click clarity, and the veliuos chanter pants with click clarity.... all chanter only, no-drop. The page for the de 5th robe not only goes to Remove Greater Curse, but Primal Essence as well...

They made the rarest spells use the rarest dropped pages, then gave those pages multiple uses....

Hmm I really dont have awhole lot of problems selling Tempest Robes for 30K They usealy set on my trader for a couple days. I usealy make folsk aware of the robe with an occasional tell to the auction channel or a tell or two in the bazaar. I have manged to sell 4 robes sofar I have made 6. one went to a twink of mine and the other went to a guildy who bought 3 runes.

I wish someone would post pics of what all the LoY robes actually look like (without an LoY dye job, of course). I think EQ Fashion has pics of a few of them, but not all of them.

Incidentally, I bought a Robe of Concussion for 600pp in the Bazaar a few weeks ago. The +15 sv. vs magic comes in handy.

(I'm always low on cash from working on tradeskills and buying gear for alts, so I can't afford a better one atm)
