I would like to update my equipment with this armor. I could buy nearly everything I need ... but still missing the portions of metallic substance for the temper.

Can anybody please confirm that it is really called portion of metallic substance??? Since weeks I never saw it in bazaar (Solusek Ro).

It is called "Metallic Substance', it looks like a black potion vial.

It is extremely rare, perhaps the rarest of the elemental tradeskill drops.

I've been in Fire for like 4-5 months and have exactly ONE Metallic Substance even though my guild experiences off the mobs that drop the stuff, it's insanely rare.
