This may be a stupid question, and I apologize, but I cannot find any info on this topic.

I have a Human char that I want to get to 250 Tailoring. I know that it will take me a long time, but I don't want to waste my time and money if this can't be done.....

For these items that are made that I see race on (ex: Tunarean Soldier equipment. Race: Wood Elf. Or Leatherfoot Wrist Pouch. Race: Hafling) Does that mean that only Wood Elves and Haflings can make that particular item? I would hate to have to start a new char if that is the case. Humans, from what I can see, don't have anything good to make.

If you look under LoY tailoring (under it's own header til it's ready to move to the normal pages), humans get some tailored robes, but that is it.
