Path to 250 - Farming Items

Hello all -

I have read alot about how to skill up if you are buying items because people don't have the time to invest.

I however am a complete miser and do not wish to buy anything - or rather buy the absolute minimum possible at the cheapest possible price. That said - can anyone suggest routes to take to get to 250 tailoring - I do not care about the time involved, just the cost - cheapest way possible, even if it takes 6 months farming. Thanks in advance.

Edit: I have access to an epiced mage to do the farming needed. I am a dwarf cleric, follower of Brell. Thanks.
