Stormrider Mantle

ok I've gone all the way back to January to try to find this info and no luck. There are several posts that ask this or a similar question but no answer on those. I'm hoping that I can get an answer here since I believe I have all the components required for a friendly GM tailor to attempt 2 or maybe 3 combines on this piece. Does anyone have the exact recipe to create a Stormrider Mantle? I think it should be able to be made since I can find the piece by looking for it on Magelo. Please be kind enough to throw this lowly monk a bone and point me in the right direction for this recipe.

Oh and if anyone needs a GM halfling tailor on Terris-Thule I recommend kokomo since the guy has very fair prices and is very honest.

Misread. There are <b><i>NO</b></i> PoP non-visible crafted armors, smithed or tailored, period. No visors/masks/veils. No gorgets. No pauldrons/mantles. No belts/girdles. No cloaks.

Even tho the names are simular the mantle isn't taylor made like the other peices.
First the mantle is stormrider wing mantle. The taylor made stuff is storm rider X. Note the space in one name and not the other and the wing in the mantle.

Second if you look at the stats it doesn't match the pattern.

Another case of poorly named items being to simular to each other and causing problems.
