Combine Acrylia Temper

For some reason I cannot seem to find the recipe for this temper to make acrylia studs/boning (is it brewing skill to make this?). Anybody? I appreciate your help.

Acrylia Studs/Bonings only require a flask of water.
The Combine Acrylia tempers are for making the chain and plate armours.
So you have no need to worry.
