Can anyone tell me where these drop?

I made a bunch of Golden Teal Ribbons as part of my skilling-up in Tailoring, now I want to help two of my good friends skilling up their Human Tailoring.

I realize it's used in 13 spells, but come on...

It wouldn't be so bad if Plant Shoots weren't so easy to come by.

You would probably have better results checking in the research forum, since the swatch is a research combine. As far as I know flakes of lodestone are random research component drops from 50+ mobs.
