Does anything return on failure or is all lost?...not that theres much chance of failure

It's a no fail combine as far as I've ever heard and I know several people, including myself, who have made and sold a ton of them. Never a failure in the lot. -
It appears to be a no fail combine. There have been other posts about Rallic Packs on this list. At least 1 person has said that they went from a 0 tailoring to a 1 tailoring with a Rallic combine. Trivial appears to be 1.
Be careful if you do a Rallic combine though. If you have a Rallic Pack already and make the combine, you lose everything becaue it is Lore. I learned this from experience.
