Does anyone know what this is for, it dropped off of a blood raven in pon. I checked the tailoring pop page, and the pop drops and it wasn't listed. Thanks in advance for any information you have. I hope it isn't just vendor trash

Note that there are TWO types of Silken Strands (ie the 2 different types won't stack with each other but otherwise appear identical).
