Ok, I finally caught up with someone selling a Rigid Steelweave BP in the bazaar yesterday.

I was pretty stoked since its a nice upgrade from my acrylia BP, but here's the rub...

It looks like a normal chain BP.

I remember reading a post on the old boards saying it was supposed to look like gold plate in a slightly lighter shade than deepwater, but this is definitely not the case. I almost feel like I wasted my plat at this point.

Do I have to delete my .txc files or something? Was it always like this?

I would have thought Rigid Steelweave would look like normal PLATE, since it's the non-imbued, actually...
