Cultural Tailoring by different races - Is it possible?

Is it possible for different races/religions to make cultural tailoring items?

For example, if I have a tame high elf smith to make the metal parts, can I, as an iksar worshipper of Cazic-Thule, make Tunarean Soldier armour?

I have made several Ceremonial Solstice Robes, including making the sacred Tunarean silk swatches, which is ironic since I get the money to fund it by killing high elf guards in Felwithe. (muhahahaha).

Being able to make cultural tailored items, albeit with help from smiths of the appropriate culture, would increase my usefulness to my guild.

You need to use a Fier'Dal sewing kit for that final combine, which will not work for you.

Nope, sorry. Not even your High Elf can make them. Only Wood Elfs can make that armor, that's why it's Cultural. SOME sub-combines might be able to be made by anyone, but that's it. Sorry to say. Hope it helps.
