What mobs drop Plains Roots?

From the LoY recipes page, the foraged items needed for the dyes are also supposed to drop from mobs in the same zone. For the human made Robe of Concussion, I need Plains Roots. So, I looked, and looked, killed every mob in West Commonlands that I could find, of all types except griffs and giants(didn't find any up), and no luck. Willowisps, kodiaks, young kodiaks, black bears, giant spiders, skeletons, shadowed men, all sorts of orcs, ghouls, you name it, I killed them all over and over and over, and no plains roots.

So, does anyone have info, or did Verant/Sony forget to add this ONE item to the drop table?

They are a foraged item i belive in WC,EC,EK NK WK AND SK there might be a fe more zones but not sure off the top of my head hope this helps.

If it helps, the gypsies in NK always used to have them for sale. I've not checked since LoY, though.

I went to west commons twice now and killed everything that moved and mined all the vendors and didn't find any plains roots in 2 hours. I even tried east commons for an hour. EQTraders lists it as being in west commons only but I am starting to think that there is a minor mistake somewhere.
It is said to be a mob drop now so I am going to try the Karanas this weekend.

I found one on a pincer beetle in NK this weekend (March 2003). I found it kind of funny since I'd never seen that before. Figured some druid must have foraged the root when running by the beetle and gave it a snack.

I only made about 3 kills there before leaving NK, so I can't really tell you more than that.
