  • Minor Accomplishment - Broke 100

I know it is a minor step, long forgotten by most of you but I finally broke 100 in tailoring last night. Now onto the agony of getting to 200. My plan is to continue Wu's to 156, Studded Acrylia to 188, Reinforced Acrylia to 200+. (Still don't know in what skill I want to GM first.) Any advice or suggestions on this plan?

    Nice work, congrats.

Unless you have some sort of unhealthy heady-kiola addiction, I'd recommend doing quivers until 115 and crystalline silk until 131. Both of these should be cheaper (assuming you farm HQ cat pelts) and far less painful. If you've got a cultural path available, you could try that too.

Beyond Wu's, you may find that wyvern is actually cheaper/easier than acrylia from a strict skill-up standpoint, although your odds of recovering some of your expense with acrylia are much better.

    Best of luck.

Adding on to Frabbens post, do Greyhopper hide until 95.

Greyhopper Hide + Pattern = Easy.

Then do Quivers until 115, Crystalline Silk to 131.

Then, if you are a forager, look at the new LoY ribbons instead of Wu's
If not, if you are a druid or tunare priest, look at Sacred Tunarean Silk until 135(9?).

Wu's stinks. But it is a neccessary evil.

DOH! I didn't get a chance to read any responses before I logged on and worked some more on Tailoring with Wu's. I'll be switching to Crystalline and the ribbons as soon as I get back on . Thanks for the feedback and advice, Lilosh & Frabbens!
