Where do I find Embroidery Needle?

I see on EQ Traders that a Tanaan Embroidery Needle is in PoK and I can smith an embroiderING needle, however the Erudite Cultural Armor calls for an embroidERY needle. Where do I get this or if I can make it what is recipe?

needle mold + metal bits + celestial essence + water flask

combine in forge (smithing trivial 122).

Also, check the Bazaar I'm sure someone has one for sale somewhere.

Hmmm....then I wonder why my combine is not working for Serene Steelweave Vambraces.

Won't let me combine the following in an Erudite Sewing Kit:
2 Infused Terrorantula Silk Swatches
2 Enchanted Steel Threads
Imbued Topaz
Embroidering Needle

And the 2 swatches and threads are not stacked.
