Haven't been able to confirm any of these recipies, because some of the items I have no idea how to get or make. Tesil Gludien by the Forge of Defiance in ak'kanon is selling 2 Library of Mechanimagica books about tailoring. Please pardon the other skills involved, but this relates mostly to tailoring so i'm posting it here.
Brewing (i'm guessing):
steam dye: steamfont springwater (dropping off kobolds) + water
cauldron dye:cauldron prawn (?) + water
Tailoring:
silvery white ribbon: steam dye + silver ribbon + hickory handled shears
silvery seagreen ribbon: cauldron dye + silver ribbon + hickory handled shears
golden white ribbon: steam dye + golden ribbon + hickory handled shears
golden seagreen ribbon: cauldron dye + golden ribbon + elm handled shears
platinum white ribbon: steam dye + platinum ribbon + elm handled shears
platinum seagreen ribbon: cauldron dye + platinum ribbon + elm handled shears
