i got some 10 slot sewing kits, they worth anything?

I still got some kits that i was using instead of backpacks cos they had 10 slots. ACtually i dont do any tailoring at all. just use them as backpacks.

anyone know if they worth anything on Bristlebane?

As BB is one of the older servers, many of the older tradeskillers (myself included) probably has one. However, there probably is a small market for them. I have seen them being sold before for a few 100pp.

Since 10 space Sewing kits are no longer available they do have value. They vary in value based on how many exist/are being sold on your server. Take some time and try to find a buyer. You should be able to make some good coin (or a good trade) for a 10 slot kit.

What you have is an item that dosen't drop anymore (never did drop, but thats beside the point), and while it isn't necessary it is nice to have one as a tailor. (saves you from finding a loom, which usualy isn't too far from that forge you just had to use to make boning, or that brewbarrel for a tanning agent.) On this item, it's going to be how much do you want for it, and can ya find anyone to buy it for that. 100pp should be an easy sell, but I've seen one go for 1k. 1k is insaine, but its what ever the market will bare.

Well, when i saw one for sale a while back for about 1kpp, i bought it on the spot, mainly for the novelty of having one (since i knew i would probably never see one for sale again for quite a while)

on my server sold several for 300-500p. its more than just not needing to find the loom near where you smithed/brewed. you can have your bonings/studs/tannins made ahead of time and sew in the field. but the MAIN reason i think they are WELL worth what they sell for is the 2 extra slots i can carry dropped components in when my sewing kit is doubling as a backpack. i am often requested to do a combine for hire when no where near a town. i curently carry a cultural kit, planar kit and delux kit everywhere i go, usually filling in the rest of my slots with WR 10 slot bags.

If someone wants one its usually not hard to post on the server message board looking for one, I know there have to be more people like me... I have over 50 of them, I used them on all my mules as backpacks for my vault. The few I've seen put up for auction usually went in the 300-500pp range, mostly to trade skillers wanting a single one.
