While messing around in Kaesora last night with my monk I ran into a sewing loom deep inside the tunnels behind the library.

It didn't appear to be anything special (like the forge in dalnir), just a regular loom. I believe you can also get to it by zoning into Kaesora, taking the left drop down, opening the door in front of you, dropping into the pit trap, then going forwards a bit.
