Superb leather Paddings

I might be stupid but I cant find the recepie for Superb Leather Paddings used in the PoP Plate smithing recepies.....(

Can anyone help out pls?

The recipe is:

- Go to PoK
- Go find Borik Darkanvil at loc -370, 497
- Right click him
- Click 'superb leather padding' in his inventory
- Click the Buy button
