  • Erudite Cultural Armor needs correcting

Since the Devs are correcting some older problems, I am hoping they might read this and make the proper adjustments.

The problem is the Non-Imbuded versions of the Cloak and the Belt of Woven Platinum armor have +wisdom instead of +intelligence. You can see that the imbuded versions the same items only have +int, and judging by the +int that the gems provide on other items, it is clear that the belt and the cloak were intended to have +int instead of +wis.

My guess is that the +modifiers got copied over from the Steelweave armor, and the stats on the non-imbuded versions of the Woven Platinum armor never got adjusted for int casters.

Another item I would like looked into is the woven plat bracer. The PoP Bracer of Strategy has killed the market for these, and would be nice to see a small boost to the mana/saves or other stats to make it a desired item once again. This was one of the only really nice items to make out of the set, and now it's nearly impossible to sell them off at cost.

Finally, SolRo imbues should be be added to the Woven Platinum armor since this is a god that Erudite casters can worship.

This forum is not for addressing the dev's - try submitting a comment to the developer's corner. While occasionally they have been known to drop in, we have no desire to turn this into someplace like the General Discussion forum was at Verant's boards, where half the threads had: "!!! ATTENTION DEVS !!!" in the title. Thank you.

      Solusek Ro imbued armor

I'd like to be able to make Solusek Ro imbued Erudte cultural.

How many Erudite Wizards follow Solusek Ro?

Or better question, how many Erudite wizards actually follow Prexus, Cazic-Thule or Quellious?

I really want this. And the stats on this should include a healthy +svFire on all peices since this is the fire god eh?

      Throw us a bone here.....

      Please.

*sigh* who are you asking to throw you a bone? The staff here aren't Verant employees. Did you read the post I made?

I'm sorry, I'm not trying to make you upset, it's just the fact that we can't do anything, only Verant can do something.

              No worries..

I was crabby at not being able to use my hard won Erudite cultural tailoring skill.

Next time I'll try and make sure I vent in the orimal scream room.

I completely undestand this is not a SOE/Verant approved or sponsored site.

I'm an Erudite wizard and I follow the lady goddess Quellious.

I find her philosophy inspiring...and if the mob doesnt want to listen to REASON, then i NUKE it off the face off the planet.

                  Heartsong:

I know for a fact that VI developers visit the key sites related to the game.

Graffe's and Allakhazam's are two sites that are often visited and occasionally a developer will post there.

Graffe took the lead with the wizard community and he is respected by VI and is listened to. One time there was discussion there about a new spell for luclin being cold based instead of magic based. What happened? It was switched to magic-based.

You may not be an official forum but you ARE the premier site for tradeskills. It would not at all surprise me to find that VI people visit this site regularly.

If someone from here WANTED to become an influence in the developing of tradeskills in EQ, I'm quite certain they could.

I don't have a problem with this post partially because it gives me insight into the higher end tailoring issues that I am currently unaware of.

Bravo to the poster and I concur.
