Stats on Containers?

Hi all,

I was doing a bit of research on the board here and came across a discussion regarding the fact that Verant had, "backed itself into a corner" with 100% weight reducing bags being so readily available - where do you go from there to improve on such a bag (other than reducing the weight of the bag itself).

A thought occured to me (yea, it happens from time to time) - why not add in some recipes for bags with stats - thus you could have a 100% weight reducing bag with a plus strength stat or some other such stat.

I think the issue would be is that the general inventory slots, like the Ammo slot, are not coded to be included in effects/buffs, etc.

Personally, rather than stats on containers, I'd love to see some crafted containers with coin weight reduction. And we know there is coding for that already.

Soulbound containers.

Casters, keep their spell components in them; melees, keep a spare weapon and armor in them. They don't even make them weight reducing. Leave that bonus for the next time Sony needs to 'upgrade.'
