Fantastic Spinnerette Fluids

Ok, so I know these supposedly drop from level appropriate mobs, but I'm a little fuzzy on part of it. Level 90+ humanoids can drop silks, pelts, ore, etc. This I get. Can they drop fluids, marrow, and loam as well? Or will I actually have to go after level 90+ bugs and animals if I want those things?

I'm starting to get a decent stockpile of fantastic silk and would like to try to make some new cultural armor, but no way am I going to pay the 75K per spinnerette fluid currently being asked in the bazaar.

Spinnerets can drop from the same Mobs as the silks and pelts. Traditionally, silks and pelts drop the most often; loams, marrows and fluids are much rarer.
