Initiate's Sash of the Celestial Order Triv wrong

I just made my Initiate's Sash of the Celestial Order, and it did NOT triv at 77.. I failed 5 times, then passed and it skilled me up to 90.. so the MIN triv is 90.. prob much higher.

I missread the > sign... the new min should be >= 90
