Trilounhide armor questions

Doing some research on this stuff and finding out that it's fairly complex. My question though was about the pattern that is used on the final combine. Does it require a storebought pattern or one that is dropped in tier 4 (PoW) like the elemental molds from tier 3 are?

Kinda hoping for the former since the recipe already calls for about 5-6 dropped items from tier 4 anyway. :P

It's a regular pattern. The special dropped patterns are used only for the armor quests.
