Have sufficient faction for them to respond and talk to me now, but dont seem to be able to do combines. Does not combine in this container is the usual message on just about every style of kit ive tried.
anyoen confirm either what kit to use, and the recipe for braids of the pine please.

Also wondering if the Jagged Pine tailoring is broken. I tried the combine for:

2 (foraged) shadowjade moss, 2 (foraged) shadowjade fern leaves, combine in large sewing kit = shadow jade weave, trivial 68

as noted on quest page and does not combine - Does it havge to be a "large sewing kit" I have a Deluxe and have used a loom still no good - have not yet shelled out to buy a "large" to try.

Anyone else know anything about this?

That one works - I had to play around with it though think the combo of ingred is wrong - ill try and find my notes on what I did there.

Did anyone ever figure out how to make the essence from the Wisps of Potameid Hair? I'm stuck on the tunic until I can figure that out.

Anyone throw any light onto where the shark teeth or ribs are in kedge too

The shark rib for the Sharktooth Sleeves drops from a frenzied bullshark. It is a rare spawn in Kedge whose placeholder is the bullshark who is on a 12 minute timer. You can find the placeholder at "The Crossroads" (#12 on the EQ Atlas Kedge map.) Occasionally a mermaid will path through here, so be careful.

The shark teeth are a foraged item from Kedge. Pretty easy to forage up.

Re the tunic quest it is interesting, though frustrating to note that when you hand in the flawless panther hide and foraged items to Lerian to get the cured panther hide the quest text he replies with is from the boots quest. Perhaps the correct text he should say might give us more information regarding the essence and/or relate to the combine for the black rawhide tunic.

Can everyone who cares about this *please* petition this at every opportunity as I am doing. I even got a friend on Stormhammer to do it with his druid in the hopes Verant would take action sooner.

On the shark and teeth my experience recently in Kedge showed the bull shark to be on a 15-16min timer. I had a run of about 10 placeholders before the frenzied spawn though it can be lots quicker too. Also the RNG can be very hateful on foraging the shark teeth. I must have gone over 2 hours without foraging 1 tooth and on another visit picked up 2 in 15 min.
