I have noticed that no one has made any of this(that I could find). Is it because everyone is using the metal for Plate/Ring armour?

This is because, whether they like to admit it or not, there used to be an "easy way" for smithing so some smiths actually have lives and high level characters.
Tailors have always had to work for it, so lots of us are three year old level 22 druids with no hope of even raising the money to buy the supplies.

Seriously though, I'm willing to do my part. I have just never personally seen ANY of the supplies for them for sale, at any price.

Thats because the temper materials are too rare and most people would prefer to use them for some of the better +hp plate items instead.Comment
