problem with a combine

okay i'm trying to make the elegant duskwoven robe. I have all the correct components when i'm trying to combine it....the game even tells me so. I'm getting the message:

"This seems to be correct but something is wrong. Perhaps you need to know something more in order to combine this"

Is there a quest you have to complete before you can do the combine? Do you need to have the sublime augment quest done for this or something else? I went looking around on the forum but couldn't find anything on this.

1)my tailoring is 300 just got it.
2)using masters trophy that just involved to 6/7 at 12% modifier

nevermind.....i found a reference to some scrolls from the historian just to the left of the enterance to the pok library. I found the scrolls and used them and fixed the problem.
