*Insert Metal* Fill

The new saps require *Insert Metal* Fill but I'm at a loss as to where to buy or how to make these? if its like the studs I'm guessing its a recipe but cannot figure it out - anyone have any idea?

Fine Weapon Making. There are 5 volumes. I believe it is explained in the book. It is a crafted item.

They've made the tradeskills use cross discipline items. Many of the tailoring items use smithed metals. Many of the smithed items use tailored items. These will be items made with more common components not the rare loams/fluids/marrows.

Fill is made via smithing, but to answer your question:

Smithy Hammer

That one confused me for a while.... first I combined the ore and hammer, then tried the result (studs I think?) with a file and that didn't work.. finally had a flash of insight to combine them all together.

Barbs is metal and file,Studds are metal and hammer,and Fill is just the metal file and hammer
