Ok , it's been a while since my main made this book. I am now tailoring with my Ogre and for the life of me , I can't find the recipe to make it for him. I know it's a cultural quest, but what are the components? Need to make symbols now

Both the book for the armor patterns/molds and augs are given from doing the quests.They books are then used to make the paterns/molds.

Have you completed the quest with your cultural tradeskill quest NPC in Oggok? Once you complete that you will have "Blessed Book of Ogre Culture".

After that it is:

A Quill,
Blessed Book of Ogre Culture,
Compacted Backpack,
Large Bottle of Ink,
Roll of Vellum
