I just made it to Ally faction to the Fangbreakers last nite and seen this new emblem available. Anyone know what or how it used?

It is an augment that goes in slot 15, which is the upgraded armor from SoF expansion. Stats are based on how much armor you wear and also whether its group armor or raid drop armor. Full set of group armor upgraded to tier 4 only gives half stats, where as full set of raid armor upgraded has full stats. If you have mixed set then stats can vary dependant on how much and which armor pieces you have.
