Exalted and Sublime patterns

I am trying to find out how to make the patterns for doing these combines. I see them referred to, but no info on how we make them. Thank you,

You have to do quests for them from your hometown cultural armor questgiver.

I think Exalted and Sublime are the same quest for all races: Direwind darkroot shamans and Icefall adult mammoths for Exalted, Fortress Mechanotus reavers and Steam Factory foundry workers for Sublime.

After completing the quest, you'll get a book you can combine to make the patterns.

There were no need parchment/vellum type scrolls/paper added to the vendors so they use the same recipe as the Eminent symbols with just the book substituted in if you are wondering once you get the book how to get patterns from it.

Do we lose the Culture books after 10 combines with them like the lower ones say?
I so dont want to have to repeat the sublime or exalted quests !!

You will lose the book after 10 combines.

However, if you are doing 200 symbols of EACH slot (400 bracer) that is a LOT of symbols.

Given the properly adjusted drop rates of fluids/marrows/loams, I suspect that will be a while before someone runs out of patterns.

I just recently used up my cultural armor book for the first time. Had it since DoN came out. I doubt I'll ever use up 1000+ exalted or 1000+ sublime patterns.

unless it has changed, you only loose the armor book, not any of the symbol books. having to redo the quests would really be a little much for the upper ones especially.

You get the message about the book fading and you know it won't last when you do the pattern creation for symbols as well as armor mold/patterns so I do not think it is any different.

Yes its 10 charges only. I'm almost out of Exalted patterns already, but I did the quest together with my hubby who still has all of his patterns so I won't have to do the quest again anytime soon.
The Sublime book will last a long time for me, I've only made about 100 so far and at 400K per attempt theres not many people that want m hehe.
