Someone said that Yvolcarn summons. This is incorrect.
He did at one time.....of course it's been over a year since I killed wyverns so a lot may have changed.

Take *two* fishing poles. My first one broke on my third cast (fishing skill 0 when started). There's also no source of bait in CS, I don't think, if you can't forage it.

For the record, a 45 cleric can solo a cobalt drake; it's crude, risky, and brutal, and takes 95% of my mana including a quick heal or two, but it can be done. Plus it leaves lots of time for fishing.

I'm not sure if the named drake, Azureake, will add while fighting wyverns.
I think so; saw Azureake start dealing on a 55 who was quadding wyverns on the cliff; his aggro range wasn't huge, but his patrol path covers a good chunk of the area. It's possible the druid was KoS to begin with, though.

Named Drake and Wyvern do add if you get in agro range while killing another wyvern/drake no matter what your level is. The 2 named are very very social.

Want to make a small correction to the post waaaay up top. MOST of the Wyverns will be Lt Blue if not Green to you at 59.

And I agree with bringing a fishing pole to pass the time during downtime.
