  • Master Tailor's Trophy and Grandmaster's Sewing Needle

I already have a Granmaster's Sewing Needle from years ago.

Do I have to make another one to complete Master Tailor's Trophy quest?

    No.

You can turn your existing one in to the NPCs in West Freeport and they will count it as completed. However, you will lose the old GM trophy when you do the 2nd turn in. So if you need/want it for doing the other combines, save it to the end and turn it in last.

Umm... are you sure? If I remember correctly, there is a requirement for the combine step and a requirement for the turn in step. You don't get the requirement for the turn in step until you have made the combine.

This is true for the trophies only. They are an exception: here's what you have to do:

you already have an old Trophy that you have made, show it to the Coordinator [NOT the Judge!!] and she will mark it as already completed. You will still have to submit the old trophy to the judge.

Silly ogre. That implies people actually should read the quest text!

A lot of people though seem to have trouble with the sizing of their task window and may not see that part at all. Never had it happen myself, but get to hear plenty of whining about it in chat.
