Need a Tailoring Template Pattern Vendor

I have recently noticed that the Smithing merchants in Shar Vahl now carry a full line of coals and smithing patterns/molds. I would greatly appreciate the same treatment for tailoring. There is now more than one vendor in Shar Vahl that carries the cultural thread which is fine although not entirely needed, but we have no vendor carrying the template patterns.

This is not a complaint, just a request. Tailoring is a bit more portable than smithing so buying the cultural thread and leaving it in the bank is ok although space consuming.

No vendor

there is still no tailoring vendor in Shar Vahl. While I admit that I have not checked all vendors there, I have checked all vendors normally associated with tailoring.

I didn't check it but if one is there, it would be on the second floor, the same npc where you went to get the threads before the revamp.

There isn't much reason to fret over this, only 1 Vah Shir class can wear tailored armor and you can use sewing kit for the work so I'd just pick up a stack or 2 of the threads and store em in the bank. Then when I needed to make Vah Anima gears I just get what I need from the bank and head to other tailoring merchant like those in PoK.
