  • Erudite cultural tailoring question

I am at the community loom in Paineel, the blessed symbol recipes all show up, but i can't find the T4 armor recipes that uses sullied spinneret fluid. I did a search with 'simple', what am i doing wrong? My skill is at 141.

Do i have to stil do the tradeskill quests in order to get the cultural armor recipes? Sorry for the newb questins, but i picked up EQ and tradeskilling back up after a long hiatus about a month before all the revamps and I am triple confused with all the changes.

Note that you have to buy the books from TWO vendors (if not more). One vendor sells template books, one sells tailored armor and symbol books, one sells smithed armor and symbol books, and the last one sells the books for the two new tiers that came with SoF.

ok so i need to get a cultural sewing kit, and can't use the loom in Paineel? Because i bought the books, like i said earlier I have the symbol recipes, and should have the armors as well, but I'm not able to find them.

Ok so i just bought the simple and ornate books in POK and scribed them. I go back to Paineel to the cultural loom in Sinfully Handsome. I did a search under "simple" and "ornate", but nothing comes up. So i guess that means the tradeskill quests still have to be done after the revamp?

It means you need a cultural sewing kit. all cultural combines need to be in cultural sweing kit.

does anyone know what the name for the erudite cultural sewing kit is, so i can look up how to obtain it please?

I did the tradeskill quest in Paineel for the ancestral book, and the same guy offers 4 tasks, blessed, revered, sacred, etc....Do I need to still do those tasks or are they now pointless as well?

I guess I picked the absolute worst time to learn tradeskills with all the revamps being done. So much conflicting info out there, and it's hard to sift through the relevant and newly rendered irrelevant info.

Well, i looked up Erudite sewing kit, and it appears I now have to friggin level up this same toon in smithing in order to build my own sewing kit? Jesus christ that sucks.

Those quests are for books that provide the patterns for the symbols (type 11 augs) that give the armor most of its power.

The sewing kit is smithed... should be the same recipe thats on this site and the same container the "old" cultural recipes were done in.

Leveled up to about 90 or so in smithing in about 45 mins, then just took like 12 combines to get the kit made. Recipes are all showing up now. Starting to make sense now.

                Thanks for the help guys.

check your bazaar for tokens. the sewing kits are tokenizable and tradeable.
