Filaments?

Are the soft filaments a drop? i cannot seem to find a vendor that has them in Erudin or Abysmal sea. I wanted to try my hand at makeing some symbols.

It's rather annoying that these aren't available from the merchants that sell the cultural ingredients. You would have thought that an enterprising merchant would sell all that was necessary for making something!

Some of those merchants are full!

I will start looking for more places to place this stuff after SoF, it is just going to take me too long to dig up appropriate merchants to do it before then.

While I understand it is inconvenient, it is at least available (and stacks high)
